Job summary

Masspower Philippines Electronics Incorporated is seeking a qualified engineer to support SMT and PCBA processes, ensure component quality, and collaborate with production and quality teams to maintain high manufacturing standards.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, is familiar with ERP/MES basics, and demonstrates strong coordination under pressure to drive successful project outcomes across departments.

Qualifications

• Familiar with electronic component characteristics, SMT, PCBA Assembly and Testing process
• Quality tools: APQP, PFMEA, SPC, MSA, 8D Reports, and other quality management methods
• Possesses strong cross-departmental communication and coordination skills, as well as the ability to manage project under pressure

Qualification Requirements:

Educational Attainment:

Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field

Work Experience:

Familiar with electronic component characteristics, SMT, PCBA Assembly and Testing process
Quality Tools: Proficient in APQP, PFMEA, SPC, MSA, 8D Reports, and other quality management methods

Required Training:

• Product transfer and introduction process
• Manufacturing and production setup

Special Skill/ Ability:

Possesses strong cross-departmental communication and ccordination skills, as well as the ability to manage project under pressure

Technical Ability:

System Operation: Familiar with basic operations and material management of ERP/ PLM/ MES System
