Personal Collection Direct Selling Inc. is seeking a Dealer Recruitment Lead to expand and strengthen the dealer network across the Philippines. You will recruit and onboard dealers, drive growth, and support network expansion across regions.

The role requires strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills, with proficiency in MS Office and the ability to build relationships under pressure while working independently or with teams.

Qualifications

• Graduate of any 4-year course; undergraduates with 2 years supervisory experience may qualify.
• Experience in direct selling, sales, dealer recruitment, or similar field.
• Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

What You’ll Do:

Lead dealer recruitment and onboarding to expand and strengthen the network for Personal Collection Direct Selling Inc. (PCDSI).

Drive continuous growth by acquiring new dealers and increasing network reach.

Build strong dealer relationships through consistent engagement and support.

Facilitate onboarding, training, and development to ensure dealer success.

Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and drive achievement of sales targets.

What Makes You A Great Fit:

Graduate of any 4-year course; For undergraduates (at least 2 years) must have 2 years supervisory experience.

With experience in direct selling, sales, dealer recruitment, or similar field.
