Job summary

PM Consulting is seeking a Corporate Management Accountant for a global organization to deliver accurate financial reporting and support month-end close activities. The role also contributes to continuous process improvements across the finance team and interacts with cross-functional and international stakeholders.

The ideal candidate is a qualified accountant with strong technical accounting knowledge and advanced Excel skills, capable of collaborating with finance, FP&A, payroll, and audit

Qualifications

• Certified/qualified accountant with strong technical accounting knowledge.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and solid working knowledge of standard office tools.
• Experience working in a large or multinational organization with exposure to tight reporting timelines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high level of numerical accuracy.
• Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to data integrity and quality.
• Effective communication skills, with the ability to present financial information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly corporate management accounts for assigned entities.
• Perform detailed balance sheet reconciliations, including identifying and resolving discrepancies.
• Manage intercompany reconciliations and coordinate with global finance counterparts to ensure timely resolution of variances.
• Support the month-end close process and contribute to the preparation of consolidated reporting deliverables.
• Produce and maintain weekly cash flow forecasts for corporate accounts.
• Collaborate with finance, FP&A, payroll, and other internal teams to ensure data accuracy and alignment.
• Act as a primary contact for audit-related requests, supporting both internal and external audit processes.
• Assist in the preparation of financial disclosures for statutory reporting requirements.
• Contribute to ongoing finance transformation and system enhancement initiatives, including ERP optimization.
• Support process improvement efforts to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and scalability within finance operations.
• Participate in ad hoc financial analysis and projects as required.
