Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide chat and email support in a non-voice customer service setting.
• Maintain data entry requirements by following prescribed procedures.
• Process customer and account documents, resolving discrepancies as needed.
• Verify and correct entered data, purging duplicates and maintaining security.
• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related tasks.
