Job summary

Select VoiceCom in Cebu City is seeking a Non-Voice Client Engagement Agent to drive outbound LinkedIn outreach and written client interactions. You will source qualified prospects, craft messages, and schedule Initial Consultations for TES coaches, while maintaining meticulous records and hitting productivity targets.

The role emphasizes written communication, relationship building, and strong pipeline management, with a note that this is a transitional position to eventually handle voice

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum one year of experience using LinkedIn Recruiter or LinkedIn Sales Navigator preferred.
• Strong written communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously.
• Lead generation or sales experience required.
• Proficient in spoken and written English.
• Initiative-taking with strong diligence and a willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter to identify and source qualified prospective clients.

• Participate in ongoing training and continuously seek opportunities to improve performance and client experience.

Position Summary

The Non-Voice Client Engagement Agent is responsible for identifying prospective clients through LinkedIn Recruiter, executing targeted outreach campaigns, engaging with prospects through written communication, and scheduling appointments for Entrepreneur's Source coaches. This role focuses on written communication, relationship building, and effective pipeline management.

This is a transitional position: agents in this non-voice role will be upskilled to take on voice client engagement in the future.
