Select VoiceCom in Cebu IT Park is hiring a night‑shift outbound call agent to pre‑qualify leads and provide product information. You will follow a script, engage Gatekeepers, and stay focused on meeting targets in a bustling call center environment.

The role requires strong English communication, a neutral or American accent, and at least 6 months of BPO experience. Join a team that emphasizes a supportive culture and performance rewards.

Qualifications

• Clear speaking voice
• At least 6 months of BPO experience in one company
• Excellent English communication skills both written and verbal
• Must have excellent command of the English language, with neutral or American accent
• Outbound lead generation/appointment setting experience preferred
• Strong customer service skills
• Strong administrative skills accurate typing & spelling is essential
• Energetic, fun and confident personality
• Willing to work full-time night shift
