ETIQA LIFE AND GENERAL ASSURANCE PHILIPPINES, INC. is seeking a Reinsurance Underwriter administrator to focus on underwriting in reinsurance and provide proper administration, including policy issuance, report preparation, and safeguarding all reinsurance files.

The role involves assisting in developing new partners to support new business accounts, maintaining consistent communication with partners and prospects to achieve targets, and closely monitoring renewal accounts, binder warranty

Responsibilities

• Develop New Reinsurance Partners and Continuous communication with existing producers
• Review RI Sources New and Renewal account sources
• Maintenance and in charge on safeguard of All Underwriting Files and Documents - Registries, Binder Policies and Payments and other files to be manage
• Booking and Issuance of Binder policies on record Registry and System
• Administer day-to-day Inward Offer requests from each Producers (New and Renewal Acct)
• Coordinate with Claims Dept. for the claims filed by client or intermediary
• Handling Outward Facultative Reinsurance Placements
• Other tasks may be assigned by immediate superior.

Focus on Underwriting in Reinsurance by Providing proper administration such as Policy issuance, preparation of reports and taking charge in safeguard of all Reinsurance Files.

Assist in developing new partners which helps to ensure new business accounts. Consistent communication from existing partners and new prospects to be able to achieve assigned target budget.

Closely Monitoring of renewal accounts, Closing Binder Warranty and Premium Payments.
