Responsibilities

• Regular visitation to assigned brokers for relationship maintenance and new business solicitation.
• Check proposals for correctness and completeness prior to broker submission.
• Ensure correct computation of premiums for policies before ticketing through CRM.
• Prepare monthly production reports for submission to Division Head.
• Monitor weekly production to meet budget goals.
• Monitor conservation of expiring accounts.
• Monitor conversion of quotation to policy.
• Assist Collection Division to ensure collection of unpaid premiums on time.
• Assist brokers on all insurance concerns such as Claims, Policy Issuance, Remittance and others.
• Assist Division Head in implementation of new plans, policies and procedures to ensure compliance.
• Ensure all TATs in releasing Renewal Notices, Renewal Proposals, Policies and/or Endorsements are met on time.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the Division Head.

Key Role/ Category (1)

• Regular visitation to assigned brokers to solicit new businesses and to maintain the good business relationship to preserve and conserve the existing accounts.
• Check all the proposals prepared by the subordinates and ensure correctness and completeness prior to sending to the brokers.
• Ensure correct computation of premium for all policies and/or endorsements to be booked prior to opening a ticket thru CRM.
• Prepares monthly production reports for submission to Division Head.
• Monitor weekly production to ensure budget is being met and achieve monthly.

• Responsible in monitoring conversion of quotation to policy.

Other task requirement related to function

• Assist Division Head in the implementation of new plans, policies and procedures to ensure overall compliance of the group.
• Ensure all TAT’s in releasing Renewal Notices, Renewal Proposals, Policies and/or Endorsements are being complied and met on time.
• Perform other tasks and responsibilities as may be assigned and/or delegated by the Division Head.
