Responsibilities

• Facilitates and performs internal and external risk assessments for non-financial risk domains assigned to the role.
• Prepares risk analytics and reports for committees and boards.
• Assist the CRO in data collection and preparation of risk reports for Insurance Risk, Regulatory Risk, Fraud Risk and other risk domains.
• Facilitate Issues and Incident Management.
• Support risk appetite, tolerances and limits setting, risk identification, assessment, monitoring and reporting via data-driven analysis.
• Provide risk management guidance and participate in risk enquiries, studies and initiatives including stress testing and scenario analyses.
• Coordinate with Operational Risk Officers to gather risks in each business unit; monitor and consolidate RCSA.
• Contribute to internal and external risk reporting and improve risk reporting quality and efficiency.
• Contribute to initiatives to embed a culture of risk awareness (ERM trainings and communication).
• Assist in developing the business continuity program; collaborate on Business Impact Analysis and Business Continuity Plan.
• Coordinate with Crisis Management Teams to ensure tests and trainings are implemented and reported timely.
