Job summary

Private Advertiser in Quezon City is seeking an Enterprise Risk and Business Continuity Manager to design and oversee the company's ERM and BCM frameworks, ensuring robust organizational protection.

You will lead risk identification, assessment, and reporting across reputational, financial, operational, and regulatory domains; act as executive risk advisor; and develop, test, and maintain business continuity plans, including crisis and disaster response, with a strong emphasis on regulatory

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in risk management, business, or finance.
• MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum three years' risk management experience in regulated or complex environments.
• Credentials such as CRM, CBCP, or ISO22301 are desirable.
• Proficient in risk identification, assessment, mitigation, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Design and oversee ERM and BCM frameworks and governance.
• Lead risk identification, assessment, monitoring, and reporting across domains.
• Act as executive risk advisor and maintain recovery/continuity plans including DR, crisis, and emergency response.
• Drive risk culture, compliance, training, and ensure alignment with ISO 22301 and regulations.
