MicroSourcing is hiring a NOC Support Associate in Pasay City for a hybrid work setup. You will monitor devices, respond to alerts, and coordinate with teams to ensure uptime, while following SOPs.

The role requires a IT/CS degree and 1–3 years in network operations or IT support, with knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and common monitoring tools. Elevate issues with cross-functional teams while maintaining documentation.

Your Role

As a NOC Support Associate, you will:

• Monitor network devices, servers, and applications for performance and availability.
• Respond to alerts and incidents, troubleshooting issues according to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Escalate unresolved incidents to appropriate teams while maintaining accurate incident logs.
• Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for issue resolution and maintenance activities.
• Support scheduled maintenance, upgrades, and network changes.

What You Need

Non-negotiables

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in network operations, IT support, or a NOC environment.
• Knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) and monitoring tools.
• Experience with troubleshooting network, server, and application issues.
• Basic understanding of firewalls, routers, and switches.

Preferred Skills/expertise

• Familiarity with network monitoring tools (e.g., SolarWinds, Nagios).
• Understanding of forex/fintech brokerage concepts (e.g., FIX Protocol, MetaTrader platforms MT4/MT5, Liquidity Providers).
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work in shifts and handle on-call responsibilities.
• Familiarity with IT infrastructure documentation and operational procedures.
