Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience as a NOC Engineer or Technician.
• Expert-level knowledge of RAN technologies (2G, 3G, LTE, 5G).
• Hands-on experience with Nokia and Ericsson radio equipment.
• Experience working with Tier 1 telecom operators in Spain.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills in live network environments.
• Proficiency in iGRI, CEX, and MS Office.
• Spanish language proficiency is mandatory.
• Good English communication skills.

Detailed Job Description

As a NOC Engineer (RAN), you will take ownership of monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintaining large-scale mobile access networks within a Tier 1 operator environment. This is more than a standard monitoring role - you will actively analyze complex issues, propose improvements, and ensure seamless operation across multi-technology RAN networks. You will work with leading vendors such as Nokia and Ericsson while collaborating with cross-functional teams to maintain network performance and service continuity. The role is suited for a seasoned telecom professional with deep field experience and a strong operational mindset.
