As a Radio Network Optimization (RNO) Engineer supporting Metro Global Services / Metrotelworks in the Philippines, you will take full operational, tactical, and technical ownership of radio frequency optimization, parameter auditing, feature implementation, and KPI performance enhancement across cellular networks. Your day-to-day responsibilities include optimizing 2G, LTE, and NR (5G) mobile networks for newly integrated sites, expansion clusters, and cluster growth, performing rigorous parameter audits, feature implementations, and optimization tuning to maximize spectral efficiency, analyzing MIMO, Massive MIMO, and beamforming performance metrics across multi-layer wireless architectures, monitoring network KPIs, alarms, and performance degradation indicators to proactively resolve coverage and capacity bottlenecks, coordinating seamlessly with planning, implementation, and field operations teams to execute network tuning activities, improving overall network coverage, traffic capacity, and service quality benchmarks, preparing comprehensive technical documentation of optimization results, parameter change logs, and engineering runbooks. You will utilize your proactive troubleshooting and analytical problem-solving skills to resolve complex radio frequency anomalies under strict carrier SLAs. Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications & Skills
