Job summary

Aprio is seeking a Learning Production Specialist to serve as the technical producer for virtual programs. You will manage announcements, polls, slides, chat, breakout rooms, Q&A, and real-time attendee support to ensure engaging, technically sound sessions.

You will coordinate scheduling, Zoom calendar, dry runs, and LMS content in LCvista or Workday, collaborating with Learning Coordinators and Learning Experience Designers to ensure NASBA-compliant logistics and high-quality delivery.

Qualifications

• 2+ years supporting virtual training delivery and learning logistics.
• 2+ years coordinating schedules, materials, or logistics for training programs.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as virtual training producer using Zoom, Teams, and Conferences.io.
• Manage announcements, polls, slides, chat, breakout rooms, and Q&A.
• Coordinate scheduling, Zoom calendar, and dry runs with instructors.
• Review materials for production readiness and LMS updates.
• Support attendance, materials, and program updates in LCvista or Workday.
