Job summary

Comcast Corporation, operating as Comcast Business, is seeking a Unified Communications Carrier Provisioner for a night shift with hybrid work setup in Ortigas Center, Pasig City. The role focuses on porting, number acquisition, and BroadWorks provisioning under supervision of UCIMs.

You will interface with PSTN carrier teams and customers to ensure seamless UC services. Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree and strong UC/network knowledge, with readiness for on-site and remote

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or kombination of coursework and experience.
• Strong UC services knowledge and network design skills.
• Experience with telecom voice/data processes is a plus.
• Ability to multi-task and collaborate across org levels.

Responsibilities

• Process porting requests with carrier LNP teams and configure users, trunks, hunt groups, CC1, etc.
• Assist UC Implementation Managers with BroadWorks provisioning.
• Coordinate number porting activities and prepare customer-facing documents.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by UCIMs.
