Job summary

The position requires at least 1 year of BPO experience and a preference for EE/ME/ECE graduates.

Qualifications

• 1 year of BPO experience is required.
• Preferable EE/ME/ECE graduate.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, triaging issues.
• Program and configure Copeland Supervisory Controllers (E2/E3) as needed.
• Conduct remote commissioning and verify system operation.
• Create graphical screens and troubleshooting guides.
• Provide technical support for temperature monitoring products.
