Job summary

Accenture is hiring a Health Clinical Services Senior Analyst in Taguig (Night Shift). Candidates must hold a US RN license and have at least 3 months of clinical experience, with duties including grievance and appeals case management and detailed case summaries for client Medical Directors.

Work setup is RTO with rotation and night shift, located in Uptown Bonifacio Tower 3, Taguig. Only applicants with legal right to work in the country are eligible to apply.

Qualifications

• BSN/GNM/DBS in nursing or equivalent.
• Current and unrestricted US RN license.
• Minimum 3 months clinical experience (480 hours).
• Active RN license with direct patient care experience.
• Clinical settings include inpatient, outpatient, or community clinic.

Responsibilities

• Grievance and Appeals: Create complete appeal records using standardized IRE forms and include required docs.
• Prepare detailed case summaries in narrative format for each appeal.
• Submit cases to geographic region as directed and present summaries to client Grievance Team and Medical Directors.
• Complete assignments within client turnaround times and conduct written communication assessments.
