Accenture is hiring US Registered Nurses to join our Health Clinical Services team as Health Clinical Services Senior Analysts. You will review pre-service, concurrent, retrospective, and out-of-network requests, applying policy and criteria to ensure care is delivered in the right setting.

You must hold an active USRN license, a PHRN license, and a BSN, with hands-on clinical experience. The role is based at the Quezon City site with a night-shift schedule.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted USRN license required.
• Active PHRN license required.
• BSN degree required.
• Hands-on clinical RN experience.
• Utilization Management experience is a plus.
• Able to work night shift at Quezon City site.

Responsibilities

• Review medical requests to ensure appropriate care settings.
• Apply clinical criteria to approve or escalate cases.
• Consult with US-licensed medical directors to maintain care quality.
• Coordinate with providers to support care transitions.
• Escalate cases when criteria aren't met.
