Job summary

Foundever in the Philippines is seeking an entry-level FP&A assistant to support budgeting, forecasting, and financial close within local scope. You will analyze revenue and cost trends, prepare reports, and present insights to improve financial health of the project.

Responsibilities include creating reports, variance analysis, and supporting financial management; excellent Excel skills and strong communication are essential. Night shifts flexibility is required.

Qualifications

• Experience developing financial reports and metrics.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related area is preferred.
• Amenable to work on night-shift.

Responsibilities

• Complete in a timely manner key FP&A processes including budget, forecast, tracker, financial management, financial training, invoices and financial close within their local scope.
• Provide Functional Support to operations and other support areas related to financial aspects, identifying business challenges and proposing solutions maintaining effective relationships with partners and functional teams at all levels of the organization.
• Work and create effective reporting and presentations that provides financial data, variance analysis, additional insights and opportunities for improvement.
• Perform additional functions as required by the immediate Supervisor.
