Job summary

MicroSourcing, based in Eastwood, Quezon City, is seeking a Finance Officer to own forecasting, budgeting, and analysis for G&A and IT functions. You will coordinate monthly and quarterly forecasting, develop KPI metrics, and support month‑end close with FP&A and Accounting teams.

The role requires advanced Excel, 4–6 years FP&A experience, and comfort with senior leadership. Hybrid setup with day-one healthcare coverage and performance bonuses offered by MicroSourcing.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field.
• 4–6 years of FP&A experience; software industry background preferred.
• Advanced Excel skills are required.
• Experience with Workday Financials, Adaptive Planning, Databricks, and/or AI tools (Claude Code) is a plus.
• Comfortable interacting with senior and executive leadership.
• Strong attention to detail, problem solving ability, and comfort with ambiguity.

Responsibilities

• Own monthly expense forecasts and financial reporting packages for key stakeholders.
• Prepare variance analysis and expense reporting with clear explanations.
• Drive budgeting, forecasting, and long‑range planning processes.
• Lead financial modeling and ad‑hoc analyses.
• Partner with budget owners on headcount planning and business cases.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with Accounting and other teams.
• Synthesize large planning datasets into actionable financial insight.
