Job summary

HireMe.ph is seeking an experienced Sales Leadership professional to coach and supervise a team of Sales Assistants in a busy contact center. You will guide daily activities, monitor calls, follow-ups, and CRM usage to ensure quality and productivity while modeling best-practice client management.

With 3+ years in a contact center and 2+ years in a supervisory role, you will design performance reviews, onboarding, and training, and drive process improvements.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in contact center/customer care with US night-shift exposure.
• 2+ years in supervisory role managing team quality and workflow.
• Excellent spoken English with a neutral accent and live-call ability.
• Proven ability to coach a full team of reps to improve results.
• Experience building scripts and escalation paths for a growing team.

Responsibilities

• Coach and mentor Sales Assistants to achieve performance targets.
• Monitor daily activities (calls, follow-ups, CRM) to ensure quality and productivity.
• Conduct performance reviews, provide feedback, and support onboarding/training.
• Oversee call quality, CRM accuracy, and workflow efficiency.
• Identify and implement process improvements to drive results.
• Track KPIs (calls, conversions, pipeline progress) and prepare reports.
• Coordinate with internal teams to align sales efforts.
• Handle inbound/outbound sales activities and support client inquiries.
