Responsibilities

• Prepare client questionnaires and deliverables on a quarterly, semi-annual and annual basis.
• Prepare reports for clients and validate data accuracy.
• Coordinate with information providers to gather reporting requirements.
• Ensure questionnaires align with reviewer schedules.
• Monitor processes and deadlines across workflows.
• Support process reviews and documentation improvements.
• Collaborate with offshore/onshore teams as needed.
