Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Conduct research using courthouse records, public databases, and other authorized sources.
• Search and retrieve relevant public and court records for employment background screening.
• Review and verify information to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Document research findings clearly and accurately.
• Maintain confidentiality with sensitive information.
• Follow company policies and legal/regulatory guidelines.
• Meet productivity, accuracy, and turnaround time standards.
• Identify and elevate discrepancies to the Manager or Associate.
• Coordinate with team members for additional information or clarification.
• Assist manager and associates with other research and administrative tasks.
