Qualifications

• Comfortable and upbeat on the phone, handles difficult interactions well.

Responsibilities

• Manage medical records requests by coordinating with providers and customers via phone, email, fax, and mail.
• Schedule and track follow-ups; verify payment status; resolve request issues.
• Ensure accurate documentation; perform additional duties as needed.
