Job summary

MicroSourcing is seeking a Project Coordinator (Intermediate) based in Cebu City, onsite with night shift. You will schedule installations, coordinate with field crews and subcontractors, and organize project documentation to ensure timely milestones.

• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Proficient in Google Workspace and/or Microsoft Office.
• Comfortable using CRM and project management tools.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• 2+ years in project coordination, operations, construction admin, or similar role.
• Experience working with customers, field crews or contractors preferred.
• Experience in solar, construction, roofing, or service-based industries is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Submit and organize project photos and documentation.
• Track project milestones and update internal systems.
• Communicate with customers regarding scheduling and status updates.
• Ensure all required paperwork is completed and filed.
