Job summary

EviSmart is hiring a Global Continuity Lead to own incident response and platform continuity during night operations. You will lead the night shift’s incident response, investigate issues, and coordinate with engineering and DevOps to restore services quickly.

The role emphasizes proactive monitoring, clear communication, and thorough post-mortems to prevent recurrence. On-site location with full-time hours in a dynamic SaaS environment.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting live production applications.
• Experience in 24/7 or on-call environments.
• Strong incident troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the night-time incident response and ensure rapid containment and recovery.
• Monitor platform health and act on early warning signs to prevent customer impact.
• Perform first-line investigation using logs, dashboards, and diagnostic tools.
• Determine impact and source before escalation; implement safe workarounds when needed.
• Coordinate with Engineering/DevOps and other specialists during incidents.
• Document incidents, root causes and follow-up actions for continuous improvement.
• Handoff to daytime team with complete context and ensure no information is dropped.
