Job summary

Evismart is seeking a dedicated incident responder to own the overnight shift at our BGC, Taguig site. You will diagnose issues in the platform during the 2am window, determine root causes, and implement workarounds to keep labs running until the morning fixes are deployed.

This role requires hands-on diagnostic skills, independence during night hours, and the ability to document runbooks for reference by the development and operations teams.

Qualifications

• Real diagnostic experience with hands-on investigation.
• Ability to work independently during night hours.
• Experience in incident management and troubleshooting.
• Willingness to write runbooks and maintain on-call processes.

Responsibilities

• Own the overnight incident response shift solo.
• Diagnose issues on the platform from 2am and determine root cause.
• Implement temporary workarounds to keep customers running until permanent fixes.
• Document runbooks and communicate findings to the dev and operations teams.
• Operate on-site at BGC with no direct reports; take decisive action.
