Qualifications

• Graduate of BS Pharmacy or Pharmacy Assistant certification.
• Licensed or underboard graduate of BS Nursing (BSN).
• Experience in high-touch customer service roles is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate efforts between patients and healthcare providers.
• Engage in inbound and outbound calls for medication access.
• Build and maintain trusting relationships with patients.

Skills

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

Education
