The role supports daily pharmacy operations, assists customers with over-the-counter products, and helps ensure accurate medication handling in a busy store environment. You will work on-site with day-to-night shifts, handle POS transactions, and collaborate with a licensed pharmacist to ensure safe and compliant service.

Qualifications

• High school graduate; pharmacy-related education is a plus.
• Experience in pharmacy, retail, cashiering, or customer service is preferred, but trainable applicants may be considered.
• Good communication in Bisaya and English; attention to detail and accuracy required.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers professionally with over-the-counter products and basic inquiries.
• Direct prescription-related concerns to the licensed pharmacist as required.
• Process sales transactions using the POS system and issue receipts.
• Monitor stock, expiry dates, and ensure proper storage and labeling.
• Maintain store cleanliness and comply with hygiene standards.
• Support pharmacist and staff with administrative tasks and branch rotation if needed.
