Qualifications

• 2+ years supporting Personal Injury, Family Law, Immigration, or Bankruptcy.
• Experience with legal case management systems.
• Proficiency in English, strong written/verbal skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update legal case files (digital and CRM-based).
• Organize case-related documents, records, correspondence, reports, and other supporting documentation.
• Track important case deadlines and statutes of limitations, where applicable.
• Manage document naming conventions and file protocols.
• Draft legal correspondence and basic legal documents under attorney supervision.
• Prepare case summaries, chronologies, and supporting documentation.
• Assist with discovery responses and document production, where applicable.
• Communicate with clients regarding case status and document collection.
• Follow up with relevant third parties, agencies, providers, or other contacts for required documentation.
• Schedule consultations, hearings, depositions, medical examinations, or other case-related appointments.
