Job summary

TechNerds Solutions is seeking a paralegal to join its team in Quezon City. You will conduct legal research related to Lemon Law statutes, draft and review complaints, motions, and settlements, and manage case files.

You will communicate with clients, coordinate with witnesses and manufacturers, and assist in discovery and filing. Night shift work is required; on-site at 8th Floor Zeta Tower Bridgetowne, C-5, Quezon City.

Qualifications

• Has experience as paralegal or similar (e.g. as a law firm intern, legal assistant, etc).
• Experience in handling lemon law is a plus.
• Amenable to work on a nightshift schedule.
• Must be able to work on our site in 8th Floor Zeta Tower Bridgetowne, C-5 Quezon City

Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research related to Lemon Law statutes and regulations.
• Draft and review legal documents, including complaints, motions, and settlement agreements.
• Organize and maintain case files, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up to date.
• Communicate with clients to gather information, explain processes, and provide updates.
• Coordinate with expert witnesses, mechanics, and manufacturers as needed.
• Prepare case summaries and reports for attorney review.
• Assist in the discovery process, including document collection and analysis.
• File legal documents with courts and agencies as required.
• Stay current on developments in Lemon Law and consumer protection laws.
• Other duties as may be assigned.
