You will collaborate with attorneys to ensure timely access to accurate information while maintaining HIPAA compliance.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Nursing required.
Experience in medical records retrieval or healthcare administration is preferred.
Familiarity with HIPAA and privacy laws.
Experience with EHR systems and case management tools.

Responsabilités

Request and retrieve medical records from providers.
Track status to meet deadlines.
Organize records for attorney review.
Ensure HIPAA compliance and data security.
Liaise with healthcare providers to verify records.
Perform other duties as assigned.
