Job summary

iFIVE Global is seeking a USRN - Clinical Informaticist to lead EMR-related clinical initiatives and train staff across our healthcare IT projects. You will collaborate with nursing leadership, clinical users, and IT to implement, test, and maintain EMR applications while ensuring quality documentation and regulatory compliance.

The role requires nursing licensure, EMR expertise, and a willingness to work night shifts in a hybrid onsite/remote setup at Ortigas.

Qualifications

Must be a USRN with EMR troubleshooting experience.
Licensed RN with a US Compact State License (Texas, Florida, Arizona, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, Idaho, Georgia, Missouri, Colorado).
Two years of clinical hospital bedside or clinical experience.
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred.
Willing to work night shift and in a hybrid work setup (3 days onsite, 2 days WFH) at Tower 1, Rockwell Business Center, Ortigas, near The Medical City Ortigas.

Responsibilities

Provides leadership and collaborates with nursing service, clinical users and IT to plan, develop, test, implement, evaluate and maintain clinical EMR applications.
Identifies opportunities to transition clinical documentation from paper to electronic and leads actions to facilitate this.
Ensures competency through education programs for data entry and retrieval in the EMR system for staff and students.
Uses feedback and observations to recommend changes for user efficiency in clinical documentation.
Collaborates with clinical users and IT to troubleshoot issues and ensure system integrity and user needs are met.
Maintains regular communication with clinical staff regarding EMR issues using various tools.
Conducts chart audits to ensure compliance with accreditation and regulations and addresses deficiencies.
Participates in research related to clinical information systems and professional practice.
