Qualifications

• At least 1 year of BPO experience in healthcare.
• At least 1 year in healthcare billing or claims processing.
• Good verbal and written communication.
• Comfortable communicating with patients and providers.
• Strong attention to detail with billing data.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound/outbound calls with patients, insurers, and providers.
• Update billing system with patient information from authorized sources.
• Correct and rebill denied claims when applicable.
• Post patient payments via online portal or mail.
