• Issue PO.
• Ensure all issued POs are approved and confirmed.
• Ensure ordered items are received in full.
• Ensure orders delivered on time.
• Work with Inventory to ensure production has enough material.
• Coordinate with logistics for pickup when needed.
• Run monthly purchase reports.
• Understand MOQ, space constraints, cash flow, and shelf life.
