Job summary

Manpower Outsourcing Services, Inc. in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig, Metro Manila, seeks a Finance Analyst for a night-shift contract role. You will support financial accounting and reporting, ensure accuracy, and provide insights for decision-making in a dynamic finance team.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance, with GAAP knowledge and strong Excel skills. CPA or CFA is desirable.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Experience in financial accounting and reporting.
Strong GAAP knowledge and financial reporting understanding.
Proficient in Excel including pivot tables and advanced formulas.

Responsibilities

Prepare and review financial statements and reports per accounting standards and policies.
Perform account reconciliations and investigate discrepancies for accuracy.
Process and record transactions in general ledger and subsidiary accounts.
Assist with month-end and year-end close, including journal entries.
Conduct variance analyses and explain budget deviations.
Support preparation of financial reports for management and external stakeholders.
Maintain and organise financial documentation and schedules.
Collaborate with other departments to clarify accounting entries.
Assist with audits by providing documentation and explanations.
Identify opportunities for process improvements in finance.
