Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT or related field.
• 6 months to 1 year experience of Service Desk or Tech Support.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoots hardware, software, and network issues via phone.
• Applies knowledge of IT products to assist users.
• Identifies and resolves information systems problems.
• Coordinates referrals to technical or service personnel.
• Receives and prioritizes issues and escalates as needed.
• Provides leadership for tasks and projects.
• Brings customers up to date on resolution status.
• Acts as a technical advisor for complex issues.
• Suggests system or process improvements.
• May guide junior staff on occasion.
