Job summary

NUSTAR Resort in Cebu City is seeking an HR Employee Services professional to support timekeeping, onboarding, and payroll liaison activities. The role includes issuing reminders for timekeeping, preparing MTAS for new hires, and coordinating with payroll on adjustments and disputes.

You will update leave balances, manage employee accounts in HR systems, and oversee onboarding sessions on timekeeping policies and software usage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business admin, finance, or related field.
• 2-4 years HR experience with focus on compensation and benefits.
• Experience with HR systems and government platforms.

Responsibilities

• Issue system-generated timekeeping reminders to department admins for cascading to team members and immediate heads.
• Prepare and disseminate MTAS to new hires pending ESS setup.
• Collect and transmit approved timekeeping/leave adjustments forms to payroll master.
• Cascade attendance issue reports to department heads/managers for validation.
• Coordinate with payroll to investigate and resolve timekeeping and/or leave disputes.
• Update and monitor leave utilization and balances.
• Flag resigned team members for proper offboarding process.
• Manage employee accounts provisioning in HR systems.
• Conduct onboarding sessions on timekeeping policies and system usage for new team members.
• Perform such other duties as assigned by superior or management to meet business needs.
