Qualifications

• 3-5 years of proven experience in human resources and administration.
• 2-4 years of proven experience in talent hiring.
• Experience building talent pipelines and sourcing potential candidates.
• Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g., social media recruiting).
• Ability to work under tight deadlines to close positions.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a point of contact for employee questions and needs.
• Complete joining, orientation and exit formalities.
• Oversee vendor services and ensure compliance with labor laws.
• Coordinate with IT on office equipment and procurement.
• Maintain employee records including benefits and employment status.
• Write and post technical job descriptions and screen IT resumes.
• Conduct pre-screening calls and structured interviews.
• Manage performance records, grievances and disciplinary actions.
• Source candidates via niche platforms and social media.
• Forecast hiring needs with IT leads and communicate openings to passive candidates.
• Schedule interviews and assist in the interview process.
• Support performance management processes.
• Keep up-to-date with HR tech trends and recruitment methodologies.
