Job summary

Fresenius Medical Care Philippines is seeking an Inquiry Management professional to provide first-line HR support to employees, managers and executives across policies, processes and self-service transactions. You will handle end-to-end inquiries, document calls, support Workday and other HR systems, and help improve efficiency while delivering accurate resolutions via phone, email, or live chat.

Qualifications

• Open to college fresh graduates and SHS graduates.
• Minimum 1 year of phone experience in BPO is preferred.
• Strong communication skills are required.
• Ability to work night shifts (8/9pm to 5/6am) is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line support to employees, managers, and executives for HR questions and policies.
• Support HR transactions and benefits processing; audit information as needed.
• Document calls and actions for reporting purposes.
• Own end-to-end resolution of inquiries; facilitate self-service learning.
• Deliver accurate resolutions via phone, email, or live chat with effective communication.
