Job summary

Fresenius Medical Care is seeking a Technical Support Specialist in the Philippines to provide first-level assistance for Peritoneal Dialysis devices, accessories, and software. You will communicate with patients, caregivers, and healthcare professionals via phone, email, and chat to ensure therapy continuity.

The role requires strong troubleshooting and communication skills, plus the ability to manage cases, document activities, and adhere to regulatory guidelines.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of experience in technical support or healthcare technology.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve issues with PD devices and software.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, with empathy and patience.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level technical support for PD devices and connectivity via phone, email, chat.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve device, software, and data issues.
• Document cases and resolutions in company systems with accuracy.
• Escalate complex issues per protocol while maintaining customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with Clinical Support and Engineering as needed.
