Acquire Intelligence in Ortigas, Pasig City, is seeking a Deal Desk Analyst to support day-to-day Sales Operations. You will prepare and revise quotes, check pricing, and coordinate non-standard deal requests, ensuring accurate Salesforce records.

This is a night-shift, full-time role with emphasis on accuracy and customer-ready responses. You will work with sales teams on quotations, discount requests, and pricing policies, while ensuring approvals follow established workflows.

A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR ROLE

As part of our Sales Operations team, you will support day-to-day Deal Desk activities—from preparing and revising quotes to checking pricing information and coordinating non-standard deal requests with authorized decision-makers. You will help sales representatives resolve commercial-process questions, follow through on open requests and maintain accurate Salesforce records. This is an individual-contributor support role, not a pricing approval or sales management position. Full-time night shift in Ortigas; ₱32,000 monthly base pay.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Prepare and revise quotations, checking details against established pricing and configuration rules.
Support sales representatives with deal questions, quote issues and pricing or discount requests.
Coordinate non-standard commercial requests and follow the appropriate approval workflow; do not independently approve pricing exceptions.
Track Deal Desk requests, clarify outstanding information and follow through with internal stakeholders.
Maintain accurate quote, account and opportunity details in Salesforce CRM.
Identify recurring quotation issues and suggest practical workflow improvements.

Good-to-Haves

Experience in Deal Desk, sales quoting, commercial operations, pricing support or sales operations.
Familiarity with approval routing, commercial terms, product configuration or quote-to-order workflows.
Exposure to Salesforce CRM, CPQ or similar quoting and order-entry platforms.
