Job summary

Lewis Personnel Management is hiring Customer Service Representatives for a fast-paced BPO environment in Makati. You will communicate confidently in English, understand customer concerns, and provide professional support to clients.

The role requires at least 1 year of BPO experience, strong English skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting. This is an onsite position with a night shift from 9:00 PM to 5:00 AM.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of BPO experience from any line of business (Customer Service, Technical Support, Sales, Billing, etc.).
• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Good listening and comprehension skills.
• Strong customer service and problem‑solving skills.
• Basic computer and system navigation skills.
• Able to multitask and adapt quickly to different processes.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to work full onsite in Makati; shift 9:00 PM–5:00 AM.
