Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd in the Philippines seeks a Finance Reporting Analyst to support quarterly SOI roll-forward, investment metrics, and ILPA-standard templates. You will work with Accounting, Valuation, Operations and Investor Relations teams in a hybrid setup.

The role requires advanced Excel, Power BI, strong English communication, and meticulous data accuracy to ensure investor-ready figures. This position offers a hybrid work model and exposure to complex credit reporting processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or related courses.
• Experience with ILPA reporting is a plus.
• Advanced Excel with large, multi-tab workbooks; Power BI familiarity preferred.
• Strong knowledge of fund performance metrics (IRR, MOIC, TVPI, DPI) and credit metrics.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication; ability to collaborate across time zones.

Responsibilities

• Assist quarterly preparation and roll forward of the Schedule of Investments (SOI) for each Credit fund.
• Update invested capital, realized proceeds, unrealized value, total value, and gross MOIC/IRR by position and strategy.
• Apply qualitative taggings across SOI and reporting templates; support roll forward of fund-level metrics.
• Maintain investment-level cash flow ledger by strategy; reconcile with source data.
• Support quarterly Loss Ratio Analysis and roll forward of investment metrics by fund and strategy.
• Update ILPA-standard reporting templates with new investments and updated metrics (market values, ratings, yields, and borrower metrics).
• Maintain definitional footnotes, legends, and disclosures across templates for consistency.
• Apply rigorous quality control; flag discrepancies and unusual data points.
• Collaborate with Accounting, Valuation, Operations, and Investor Relations to source and validate data.
