Job summary

Clark Outsourcing in Clark Pampanga seeks a detail-oriented Project Estimator to support accurate cost estimates, budgets, proposals, and bid submissions for construction projects. You will review plans, perform quantity takeoffs, and analyze cost variables to deliver well-supported estimates.

The role requires interpreting drawings, specs, and cost data, with collaboration among architects, engineers, and contractors. Onsite setup and evening shift emphasize precision and timely submissions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in construction estimating or related roles.
• Experience interpreting drawings, plans and specs.
• Proficient in quantity takeoffs and cost estimation.
• Knowledge of materials, labor, subcontractor costs.
• Strong math and analytical skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple estimates and deadlines.
• Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets.
• Experience with construction software.
• Remote work with international teams.

Responsibilities
