Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Business.
• 2–4 years cost accounting experience in manufacturing.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required.
• CMA or working toward CMA is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and monitor manufacturing costs (labor, materials, overhead).
• Prepare variance reports, budgets, and product cost standards.
• Revalue inventory and report costs for management review.
• Collaborate with Production and Engineering on standard costs.
