Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance or related field.
• At least 1 year experience in customer service or BPO.
• Very good English written and oral communication.
• Ability to work night shift.

Responsibilities

• Review received payments (bank statements) daily.
• Match payments to open receivables using bank statements and remittance advice.
• Allocate payments against invoices for all payment types (wire, card, ACH).
• Run automated cash posting and memo creation, fix upload errors as needed.
• Assist in month-end close activities for proper balancing.
