Responsibilities

• Review received payments from bank statements daily.
• Match payments to open receivables using bank details and remittance advice.
• Ensure accurate and timely allocation of payments against invoices (wire, card, ACH, etc.).
• Run automated cash posting and memo creation, fix upload errors as needed.
• Assist in month-end close activities for proper balancing.
