Aufgaben

• Manage assigned portfolio including strategic accounts, trading partners, intercompany and end customers.
• Review open/active accounts for collection efforts.
• Prepare and communicate monthly Statements of Accounts to all assigned customers.
• Collect customer payments in accordance with payment due dates including pre-due date reminder calls/emails and follow-up on aging balances.
• Identify, validate and log customer disputes to initiate resolution and escalation.
• Perform initial investigation and communicate findings with the proper owners/resolvers
