Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance.
• At least 1 year of experience in Customer Service or BPO-related fields.
• Very good English written and oral communication skills.
• Amenable to working the night shift schedule.

Responsibilities

• Review received payments (bank statements) daily.
• Match received payments to open receivables using payment details in the bank statements and remittance advice from customers.
• Ensure accurate and timely allocation of payments against invoices across all payment types (wire, credit card, ACH, etc.).
• Run automated cash posting and memo creation when applicable; review and fix errors related to uploading.
• Assist in month-end close activities for proper balancing.
